ReplyDeleteHahah - Who had the honor of bathing Kit and Betsy after they had their fun? Kit looks thrilled!!!
ReplyDeleteEwwwww! And aren't Shiba's supposed to be a super clean breed? Hah! You must of had fun cleaning them up.
ReplyDeleteNews Muz - Yeaaaaaah... they are quite fastidious about keeping themselves clean. Nova actually wouldn't step outside. She doesn't like walking in rain and stepping on wet things. She managed to keep herself the most clean.
ReplyDeleteKit and Betsy both licked their paws clean after each romp outside. But they can't do much about those hard to reach places around their necks!
Ting - It rained all day on Saturday so this is what ended up happening:

That's me standing outside under an umbrella in the rain feeding Kit and Betsy bits of hot dog while they got natural shower.
ahahahaha! That photo is great!
ReplyDeleteLOL That so reminds me of Sami. She just loves to roll on stuff. Like earthworms, slugs and deer poo! A couple years ago, we were just getting ready to go to my works family day. We had been getting a lot of rain and hadn't gotten the back yard mowed and the grass was getting tall. Well, Sami started rolling around and I had to pull her back to see what she was rolling in. Well, right away I noticed these green streaks down her side and here she was rolling in deer poo. We live in the city, but the deer love to come to my yard to eat apples. Darn deer! LOL Needless to say I had to give her a quick sponge bath before we left.
ReplyDeleteMy Shiba loves to roll in the dirt after a swim, we call him a little piggy since that is what he looks like after a session.

ReplyDeleteArrrgh - Shio rolled all over a dead bird while we were at Prospect Park this morning. Was not that bad until we returned home and the lovely scent was contained in the apt... to which I dragged the stinker into the tub for a bath.
ReplyDeleteOh noooooooooo~!! Dude that is so gross.
